What do you provide to Saldora?

You provide invoices, customer details, transaction documents and previous payment information. We agree the claim amount, service scope and required authorisation. You nominate the account for recovered funds and inform us about later payments or changes in circumstances.

We file the claim in the e-court

We handle the claim wording, explanation of the debt and identification of evidence. After approval of court action and completion of the required formalities, we file and handle the proceedings. The customer purchases case handling, rather than a file to complete and send themselves.

The e-court operates Poland’s electronic payment order procedure, known as EPU. Claims are submitted through its system with the required signature and fee. An email to the court is not a substitute.

We handle proceedings for a court payment order

We track the case, handle correspondence and keep you informed of the outcome. The court assesses the claim and decides whether to issue an order. We account for any payment. If an objection arises or another procedure is needed, we explain the position and agree the next steps; enforcement is not assumed to follow automatically.

You nominate a bailiff; we refer the case

Once a final payment order with an enforceability clause is obtained, we check the current balance. If it is still unpaid, we handle the enforcement application to the nominated bailiff. The choice must comply with statutory limits. Enforcement itself is conducted by the court bailiff.

A fixed service price and separate fees

The e-court service price depends on the debt band and covers filing and payment order proceedings. The agreed service also handles referral to the nominated bailiff once an enforceable title is obtained. Court fees and enforcement costs are separate. If action outside the e-court becomes necessary, we agree it with the creditor before proceeding.
