You keep the full amount recovered
We take no percentage of the debtor’s payment—you pay for a specific action carried out.
B2B debt recovery · 0% commission
Saldora handles recovery from the first reminder through filing in the e-court and referring the case to a bailiff. You entrust us with the process, and recovered money stays with your business.
Pilot service for businesses. Start with one invoice—you’ll know the scope and cost before any action begins. Prefer to talk first? kontakt@saldora.pl
Costs under control
With commission-based pricing, the cost rises with the amount recovered. At Saldora, every stage has a fixed price based only on the outstanding balance band. From the outset, you know what you’ll pay and what the service includes.
We take no percentage of the debtor’s payment—you pay for a specific action carried out.
The PDF payment demand is included in amicable recovery. Our e-court service includes filing the claim and handling proceedings for a payment order.
The system tracks deadlines and records every action, while irreversible steps wait for your approval.
A straightforward process
We begin with clear, amicable communication. Contact becomes more formal only when earlier attempts do not result in payment.
Payment at any stage? Record full payment and we stop further contact.
Review the response and pause the case while clarifying or agreeing next steps.
We check the balance and agree the next step. The PDF demand and referral to the e-court require your approval.
Days are counted from the invoice due date. The diagram shows a workflow, not a guaranteed recovery time. Channel availability is confirmed before the pilot starts.
We start with a courteous reminder identifying the creditor, invoice, due date and outstanding amount. Your customer receives the information needed to pay and a way to report an existing payment or a concern about the invoice.
The extended workflow offers an automated voice notice asking for contact about business correspondence. It is a short message, not a conversation with a negotiator. It does not disclose the debt amount to whoever answers.
If the balance remains outstanding, subsequent messages clearly restate the overdue payment. We keep the tone factual and retain the contact history. Court proceedings are not presented as inevitable. The final amicable notice waits for the creditor’s decision.
Prepare a pre-litigation payment demand using the case data. Before sending, review the parties, invoices, principal, calculated interest, compensation and payment deadline. The PDF is included in the amicable recovery package, with no separate charge.
After your approval and the required authorisation, we file the claim in the e-court. We check the documents, current claim amount and party details, then handle proceedings for a court payment order. You do not need to draft the claim or manage court correspondence yourself.
We monitor the proceedings and keep you informed of the outcome. Once a payment order is final and has an enforceability clause, the debt can proceed to enforcement. The court decides whether to issue an order; if there is an objection or discontinuance, we agree the next steps with you.
If the debt remains unpaid after an enforceable title is obtained, we handle the enforcement application and refer it to the bailiff you nominate. The choice of office is subject to statutory rules. You nominate the bailiff and we handle the referral formalities.

Once you record a payment, the workflow stops. Every contact attempt—including unsuccessful ones—is saved in the case record.

The full service combines amicable recovery with the PDF demand and e-court handling including filing. Court and enforcement costs are separate. The 9% and 12% columns are mathematical commission examples, not another company’s offer.
Court fees and enforcement costs are separate from our service price. Once instructed and duly authorised, we file the claim and handle the e-court proceedings. After obtaining a final payment order with an enforceability clause, we refer the enforcement application to the bailiff you nominate, within the statutory rules of choice. The court decides whether to issue an order.
